Maybe from many friends who don't know the importance of consuming water everyday or friends already know but are lazy to do it everyday, the reason is "fear of frequent urination, because friends are afraid of being bothered . right ? “ Let all of you know that it means to drink water.

About 80% of the human body consists of water. The brain and blood are two important organs that have a moisture content above 80%. The brain has a water component of 90%, while blood has a 95% water component. At least, we normally need 2 liters a day or 8 glasses a day. For smokers the amount must be added to half. Water is needed to replace fluids that come out of the body through urine, sweat, breathing, and secretions. Doctors also recommend consuming 8-10 glasses of water every day so that the body's metabolism runs well and normally. White water that is free of calories and sugar is the healthiest choice in order to keep the body having enough fluids, while overcoming thirst at any time.
Drinking less than 8 glasses of water may not feel the effect on our body, but as a matter of the body we can balance ourselves with various problems for our body. As a result, the source of digestive food or substances in the body can be disrupted.
The thick blood will also pass through the kidneys which function as filters or toxin filtering devices from the blood. Water shortages are also very dangerous for our body.

Setiap kita pergi Sekolah atau masuk Sekolah kita harus salam ke orang yang lebih tua dari kita karena itu sangat diharuskan dan  itu berarti untuk menghargai orang lain . setiap masuk Sekolah kita harus berbaris dengan rapi dan menyalam ke guru yang ada di depan gerbang masuk sekolah  dan kita harus mengucapkan salam karena dari situ kita diajar kedisiplinan dan kehormatan bagi seorang guru . kita juga harus menjaga nama baik kita terhadap guru karena supaya kita juga terlihat baik ke guru dan guru juga menyukai kita . seperti orang tua dirumah setiap kita pergi Sekolah atau pulang Sekolah kita harus mengucapkan salam terlebih dahulu dan kita juga harus menyalam orang tua kita . seperti juga guru yang ada juga disekolah setiap kita masuk Sekolah kita harus menyalam dan mengucapkan salam terlebih dahulu. Karena ada ayat alkitab yang berbunyi demikian.

Setiap kita juga mau masuk ke kelas kita juga harus langsung masuk ke kelas masing-masing  dan tidak boleh tinggal-tinggal lagi duduk diluar kelas yang sementara tas masih dikolong . seperti juga setiap kita pulang sekolah kita harus langsung pulang ke rumah jangan lagi pergi ke tempat lain.

     Pertama-tama saya akan mengenalkan diri saya, saya berasal dari palopo provinsi sulawesi selatan. Nama saya gilbert dan julukan saya ibeng, Asal sekolah saya di lentera harapan palopo hobi saya bermain futsal / sepak bola, dan makanan kesukaan saya adalah nasi goreng dan minuman favorit saya adalah jus alpukat. klub manchester united andalan saya,pemain idola futsal saya dia bernama Ardiansyah Runtuboy.

  saya lahir di rantepao 26/desember/2002.Game kesukaan saya adalah mobile legend dan point blank film favorit saya adalah green hornet,resident evil,dan tom and jerry.saya suka bermain play station 2 dan 3 .
